Villain Character Design

Attempted at designing a villain character. I got the face the way I liked it, but struggled with coming up with an outfit that would suit the character and at the same time, not be too painful to draw in a comic. O_O

I might stick to this outfit, but play around with the weapon design some more. Wanted to get an idea on how to draw an axe.
