My next epic project for my graphic design class. I have to make a ad for a bar of soap we had to pick a style such as impressionisms, pop art, romanticism, surrealisms, and cubism. I picked impressionism and based my ad on one of Monet's water lily paintings. I thought it'd be cute to have the bar of soap floating in a lake that looked like one of Monet's paintings. These are the thumbnails that I did for the assignment. The challenging part was making the roughs . I was working on them ridiculously late. O_O My blue marker died a noble death in the process.
When my teacher reviewed my roughs, she gave me some better ideas on what to do with the ad. When I draw them, I will put them on my blog.
